The cost for this retreat is $1200. This includes:

-pickup from the airport in Panama City
-hotel stays in Panama City
-private transportation to and from Morro Negrito
-all meals and lodging at Morro Negrito
-a soft surfboard rental for the week
-three surfing lessons
-daily Yoga classes
-one massage
-one auricular acupuncture treatment

This cost does not include airfare. Please do contact me to coordinate travel plans. I am happy to help you arrange your air travel.
